Mands, the owner and creator of the company, hand designs each product. She then carefully chooses the products and colors to place them on before turning it over to a professional grade printing company for production. This ensures that customers will receive the highest quality item, print, and service possible!

Items enter production as soon as they are ordered. Depending on the product, it typically takes 1-4 days for your item to enter the shipping stage. MadeByMandsCo always contacts the customer if there is a significant delay, but we ask for your patience as we are a new company.

ORDERS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY! We use many different companies to provide a wide variety to clients. You may receive your items in multiple packages, but we try to contain them as much as possible.

Shipping typically takes about 3-7 days. Most packages are shipped via USPS and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once it's on its way. I watch each item very carefully and track them from the warehouse to your doorstep! Items may arrive in separate packages, so do not be alarmed if you receive only part of your order at first.

Yes, but unfortunately our free shipping offers do not apply internationally. We are not responsible for any customs fees as well.

Yes! I love custom orders for your special events! Please reach out for custom order requests and I will be able to work with you on your unique creation.

Customers have one week to report a damaged or wrong item. Please email me describing the issue with accompanying photos at madebymandsco@gmail.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We do not offer refunds, but will do everything we can tocorrect the issue. MadeByMandsCO is not responsible for wear and tear.
